TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK

SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement applies exclusively to the **PERSONAL MENTORSHIP SERVICE** provided by FPAYS. It does **not** apply to any other offerings, such as artwork or physical products, which are separate and governed independently.
PREAMBLE

This Legal Framework (“Agreement”) sets out the terms, conditions, disclaimers, and responsibilities for all Clients (“You,” “User,” “Participant,” or “Mentee”) engaging with services provided by FPAYS.
By accessing, using, or participating in these Services, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
GENERAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

The Services provided by FPAYS are advisory, educational, and motivational in nature. No guarantee is made regarding specific results, earnings, or outcomes. All information shared is intended for general guidance only and must not be considered financial, legal, tax, or regulated professional advice.

AVAILABILITY

Access to calls, communication, and support is subject to scheduling constraints, time zones, technical limitations, and the discretion of FPAYS.
Any reference to “unlimited access” refers to reasonable engagement within normal operational capacity and does not imply continuous or immediate availability.
PROSPECTS AND ALLOCATIONS

Any mention of funding, job offers, or opportunities is strictly discretionary, assessed on a case-by-case basis, and dependent upon factors including demand, relevance, and available resources.
FPAYS makes no commitment or obligation to provide financial support, employment, or investment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. FPAYS shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage, whether financial, reputational, emotional, or otherwise, arising from your participation.
2. Clients accept full responsibility for the use, misuse, or disregard of any information or guidance.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the Client to FPAYS.
FORCE MAJEURE

FPAYS shall not be held responsible for delays, disruptions, or unavailability due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, platform failures, regulatory actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
NO WARRANTY OF RESULTS

Client acknowledges that all outcomes will vary based on individual effort, experience, and external conditions. References to success, income, or achievements are illustrative and not to be interpreted as guarantees or promises.
NO REFUND POLICY

All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, unless required otherwise by UK consumer protection laws.
1. Payment secures access to the Services, regardless of satisfaction or outcome.
2. Refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will not be granted except as required by law.
3. Clients are encouraged to consider their purchase carefully before proceeding.
PRIVACY & DATA USE

FPAYS does not actively collect, store, or manage personal data beyond what is necessary for direct communication and scheduling. No personal details, conversations, or materials will ever be shared, sold, or used externally.
Clients' privacy is fully respected, and no part of any conversation will be posted or referenced on social media without **explicit prior permission**.
RECORDING & CONTENT SHARING

Sessions are **not recorded** or used for content creation unless permission is explicitly requested and granted in advance.
No written release is required; a simple yes or no at the time of request is sufficient.
TERMINATION

Clients may discontinue services at any time simply by ending communication. No written notice or formal cancellation is required.
FPAYS also reserves the right to end the relationship at any time if the Client's behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, or in breach of this Agreement.
DISCLAIMER ON ILLEGAL OR ILLICIT CONTENT

Any statements or narratives that may appear to reference illegal, unethical, or unlawful behaviour must be understood as hypothetical, satirical, or persona-driven. They are not to be interpreted as instructions or endorsements of such conduct.
Clients agree not to act upon any such content and release FPAYS from liability for misinterpretation.
GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **England and Wales**. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
WAIVER

Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies.
NON-RELIANCE

You confirm that you have not relied upon any representations, promises, or guarantees other than those explicitly stated in this Agreement.
